Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Issues: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Process Orders and Payments: Handle customer transactions including placing orders, processing payments, and managing returns or refunds.
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm appointments, or offer additional services and products.
  • Follow Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to guarantee resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Policies: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve and maintain individual and team performance goals such as call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

 

job requirement

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications (CRM, Microsoft Office).
